Field hare

The hare moves low over the ground, its body gathered and its gaze directed forward. It is in a leap, but not in flight. The colors – soft earth tones, muted pastels and warm contrasts – give the subject a sense of balance between speed and stillness. There is both alertness and playfulness here, like a moment caught in the middle of movement.

The hare becomes a symbol of mindful presence – the ability to be alert without being stressed, and to move forward with ease rather than haste.
